The biker who is suspected of causing the death of a motorcyclist by going against the flow of traffic has surrendered himself to the police.br br Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Azam Ismail said on Saturady (June 17) that the 41-year-old suspect lodged a police report on the incident on Friday (June 16) in Kajang.
