A 20-year-old foreigner has been arrested by the police for allegedly outraging the modesty of a woman at the Taman Perpaduan night market in Ipoh, Perak on Tuesday (June 20). br Ipoh OCPD Asst Comm Yahaya Hassan said the man has been remanded until Friday (June 23) to facilitate investigations under Section 354 of the Penal Code.
