An ustaz pleaded not guilty to two charges at the Sessions Court in Ipoh on Tuesday (July 11) for insulting the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah in a Whatsapp group last November.
