Traditional owners win case over radioactive waste dump

Traditional owners on South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula have won a legal challenge to stop the federal government building a nuclear waste facility near Kimba. The federal court overturned the former coalition government's decision to select the remote farming site which is considered sacred to the native title holders.
