Occurred on July 1, 2023 Lake lure, North Carolina, USAbr br : "I was on my way to the store in lake lure and saw this big guy (turtle) trying to cross the road. had to stop and help before he became a pancake..as you can see it's a fairly busy road and he was right in the curve.
