Forensic experts say it could be weeks before the toxicology results of three people who died in Victoria's South-East are known. Heather Wilkinson, Gail Patterson and Don Patterson died after a lunch last month where it's believed they ate poisonous mushrooms. Ian Wilkinson remains in hospital in a critical condition.
