Occurred on April 7, 2023 Honolulu, Hawaii, USAbr br : "Older woman driving a Tesla runs over charging station and doesn't realize it was under her vehicle until stopped by me. She did not understand what I was trying to tell her, and tried to drive off again. She eventually got out and saw what the problem was.
