This was a very good workout, few exercises but varying weights (gained 5-10kg more than I always work). 4set x12-15rept each exercise.br br Use 20, 35kg dumbbells and heavy level cloth elastic band.br br We continue adding love, discipline and effort to thebr br mind and body.
