Now you can make perfect bread continently without oven using just a simple frying pan. Do give this a try and enjoy your cooking. br br Ingredients:br Prepare Dough:br -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbsbr -Khameer (Instant yeast) 3 tspbr -Warm water 1 Cupbr -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cupsbr -Namak (Salt) ½ tspbr -Cooking oil 2 tbsbr -Water ¼ Cup or as required br -Cooking oil 1 tsp br -Doodh (Milk) br -Til (Sesame seeds) as requiredbr -Cooking oilButter as requiredbr br Directions:br Prepare Dough:br -In a small jug,add caster sugar,instant yeast,warm water,mix well,cover & let it proof for 5-10 minutes.br -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt & mix well.br -Add dissolved yeast mixture,cooking oil & mix well.br -Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed,grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).br -Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough until smooth. br -Take a small dough (65g) & make a ball.br -Grease thick bottom frying pan with cooking oil,place dough balls (give a little space between dough balls),cover with cling film & let it proof for 30 minutes.br -Apply milk & sprinkle sesame seeds.br -Preheat heat diffuser plate,place frying pan,cover with lid & kitchen cloth then let it cook on low flame for 7 minutes.br -Now flip carefully,cover & continue cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes (makes 10-11).
