Johor police have so far received 11 reports related to the Pulai and Simpang Jeram by-elections, says Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat.br br The Johor police chief on Tuesday (Aug 29) said Bukit Aman has opened up investigation papers under Section 4(1) of the Sedition Act 1948 related to a ceramah that was held in Simpang Jeram, referring to a speech by PAS president Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang where he allegedly questioned the authorisation of the Pardons Board.
