Former Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) President Luis Rubiales testified at the National Court in Madrid on September 15 in connection with a corruption investigation. Rubiales is accused of accepting bribes from Spanish businessman Gerard Román in exchange for awarding the Supercopa de España to Saudi Arabia.
