Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced in Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and Davao Region due to the trough of the Low Pressure Area (LPA) being monitored inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), said the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and AstronomicalServices Administration (PAGASA) on Thursday, Sept. 28.
