An expert claimed this week that Prince Harry and Prince William are not ready to make up just yet after their long feud. Royal author Duncan Larcombe claimed that the Duke of Cambridge, 39, did the "bare minimum" to mark his younger brother's birthday as he celebrated across the pond in California.
