In the program "È Sempre Mezzogiorno" on October 10, 2023 on RAI (Italian television), someone explains how Pastéis de Belém are made. As I'm Portuguese, I thought it was funny that in the end those cakes looked more like "Queijadinhas" (another specialty of Portuguese sweets) than pastéis de Belém.
