Dumbbell squat swings 2. Static high knee with opposing arm curls - repeat on other sidebr br 3. Chest flies with pike upsbr br 4. Lateral squats with single arm pressesbr br 5. Switch jump lunge to lunge forward and reversebr br 6. Renegade rows to push up.
