Chupke Se Bahar Aa Jaye - Episode 12br br It is the story of a young girl Saira, whose dreams of wealth and a rich lifestyle take her to the heights of greediness. Not belonging to a rich household, she is engaged to Saqib, who is quite well off but unfortunately loses hold of all his wealth after his father's demise. Afraid of seeing her dreams shattered, Saira forces her fiance to marry her closest friend Shafaq who is dying of a brain tumour, only because Shafaq's mother has promised to give all her property to Saqib after her death if he agrees to marry her. The story takes a major turn when Saqib begins to spend time with Shafaq and gradually falls in love with her, while Shafaq is unaware of her ailment.
