The arrival of a cruiseship hit a snag on Saturday as tours for approximately 300 tourists who disembarked.... were cancelled , due to maxi taxi drivers refusing to not only answer their phones but not arriving at the Scarborough Port to conduct the prebooked tours for passengers.br This was confirmed when TV6 News contacted cruiseline agent, Charles Carvalho.
