Occurred on November 4, 2023 Houston, Texas, USAbr br : "This happened in Houston, Texas on Interstate 10 and Beltway 8. I own a towing company in Houston and heard the chase on the police radios. I was nearby, so I parked my truck and waited for the chase to pass me. The chase lasted for nearly 2 hours and the gentleman was arrested after several spike strip attempts and his tires being shot.
