UnionDigital, the digital finance platform of UnionBank, initiated the use of the technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to enable the President to deliver his speech even as he was at the 30th Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC) in San Francisco California. It was the Monetary Authority of Singapore which requested Marcos' presence in the event.
