Federal Court reserves judgment on bid to challenge Kelantan syariah criminal provisions

The nine-person Federal Court bench, chaired by Chief Justice Tun Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat, has reserved its verdict over a bid to nullify 18 Kelantan syariah criminal provisions after hearing submissions from several parties.
