Grab a dumbbell (I'm holding 10lbs) to helpbr br engage those upper abdominal muscles. Besure to keep your back flat against the groundbr br to prevent back pain and to use those absCore only. Keep your legs LIGHT and lead each exercise with your abscore to prevent frombr using your hip flexors.br br Do each exercise one after another in a circuitfor 30-45 seconds with minimal rest in between exercises.
