The Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN), António Guterres, welcomed on Wednesday the meeting that the presidents of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, and the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Irfaan Ali, will hold on Thursday on Guyana Essequiba.
