The lawyer of an handcuffed Alabama man who was tasered by an officer as she told him to 'shut you b**** a** up' said he expects criminal charges to be pursued for the suspended cop.br br Leroy Maxwell Jr., the attorney defending Micah Washington, 24, said the investigation into the viral incident remains ongoing.
