The president of PDVSA and Minister of Petroleum, Pedro Tellechea, signed this Monday a new framework agreement with the Spanish company Repsol for the administration of the mixed company Petroquiriquire and seven annexes that make up the company, which operates in the states of Monagas, Zulia and Trujillo.
