According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff - who filed as Jane Doe - is suing the celebrity couple for sexual assault and battery as well as negligence and false imprisonment. The woman has claimed she met the rapper, born Clifford Harris Jr., and his singer-songwriter wife Tiny, at a Los Angeles nightclub in 2005. Doe alleged Tiny, also known as Tameka Cottle, handed her a drink at the venue and that she later travelled with the pair to a hotel room.
