WATCH: The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday, Jan. 16, said the two weather systems affecting the country remain the shear line and the northeast monsoon or "amihan," which may bring light rains to parts of the country in the next 24 hours.
