A two-year-old boy and his dad have been found dead at a property in Skegness, resulting in a "rapid review". br br Bronson Battersby was found alone in the house with his 60-year-old dad, Kenneth Battersby, on 9 January. br br It's believed the toddler starved to death after Mr Battersby had a heart attack.
