The foreign ministers of Venezuela and Guyana, Yván Gil and Hugh Todd, agreed on Thursday to continue with a new agenda for dialogue on the Essequibo controversy, and "expressed their understanding of the commitment assumed in the "Argyle Declaration for Dialogue and Peace".
