French painter Gérard Laux dit Mosko (Lukes-Dit-Musko) is on a mission to beautify spaces around the world. We caught up with Mr. Mosko at Grafton Beach in Tobago where he was putting the finishing touches on a wall, much to the delight of visitors and locals.
