This is a keto dessert recipe to make this Summer for my keto diet community. Keto Raspberry Crumble is an easy, delicious ketogenic treat you can serve to your keto and non-keto friends. br br br br br Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time 20-25 minutesbr Servings: 9br br INGREDIENTSbr 2 cups raspberriesbr 2 t arrowroot powderbr 13 c Swerve Sweetenerbr 1 12 c almond flourbr 14 c Swerve Sweetenerbr 14 c Lakanto golden monkfruitbr 14 c walnutsbr 14 c pecansbr 2 T hemp heartsbr Pinch of saltbr 34 c of butter (not sticks), cold br br 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.br 2. In a medium bowl, combine the raspberries, arrowroot, 13 c Swerve and vanilla. Set aside. br 3. Using a food processor, add almond flour, 14 c Swerve, golden monkfruit, hemp hearts, walnuts, pecans, salt, and butter. Pulse until the mixture looks like coarse crumbles. br 4. Spread berry mixture inside a square baking dish. Add crumble mixture on top and spread evenly. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool.
