Adam Neumann, who co-founded and previously led WeWork, is attempting to buy the flexible workspace provider out of bankruptcy. Neumann's lawyers sent a letter saying they were "dismayed" by WeWork's lack of engagement on an offer and had previously arranged $1 billion in financing in 2022.
