मौसम विभाग (Weather Deparment) के मुताबिक 23 फरवरी को यूपी, (UP) वेस्ट बंगाल (West Bengal), बिहार (Bihar) और उत्तरी झारखंड (North Jharkhand) के कुछ हिस्सों में हल्की बारिश (Raining) संभव है. वहीं आने वाले दो दिनों के भीतर नॉर्थ वेस्ट राज्यों में भारी बारिश होने की भी संभावना जताई गई है. मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक 23 फरवरी को सिक्किम (Sikkim) और अरुणाचल प्रदेश (Arunachal Pradesh) में भारी बारिश और बर्फबारी की संभावना है. वहीं ओडिशा में भारी बारिश का अलर्ट भी जारी किया गया है. आईएमडी के मुताबिक पश्चिमी हिमालयी इलाकों में शनिवार को एक ताजा पश्चिमी विक्षोभ का असर देखे जाने की भी संभावना जताई गई है.
