Six Melbourne men, some allegedly linked to a Middle Eastern crime family, were charged for attempting to import 10 million illicit cigarettes into Victoria after a 16-month investigation by the AFP and Victoria Police under the Victorian Joint Organised Crime Taskforce (JOCTF), with some working for freight and transport logistics companies.
