Cyclist Dave Clifton was prosecuted by the Met Police for 'causing a danger to road users' when he filmed a Range Rover driver using his mobile phone. But the Met has now dropped the case and apologised. This is the clip that he sent in to the Met as evidence, which sparked the original prosecution.
