In Cuba, a book about the history of the ALBA Alliance, written by the Bolivian Politician and Diplomat Sacha Llorenti and the rector of the Higher Institute of International Relations, Rogelio Sierra, was presented on Tuesday at the Fidel Castro Ruz Center, in Havana.
