Crispy Lachha Pakora Recipe - آلو کے پکوڑے - Make & Store Aloo Pakora For Iftar Recipe By CWMAPbr br br #snacks #ramdan2024 #recipebycwmap br br Crispy Alo Pakora Written Recipe With Directionsbr br Ingredients:br br -Potatoes with skin (alo) julienne 1 Large br -Onion (piyaz) julienne 1 Small sizebr -Spinach (palak) roughly chopped 12cupbr -Fresh Coriander (dhania) chopped handful br -Green chilies (hari mirch) chopped 2br -Dried coriander (khuskh dhania) powder 1 tbsbr -Red chili (lal mirch) powder 1 tbsbr -Carom seeds (Ajwain) ½ tbsbr -Red chili flakes (adh khuti lal mirch) 1 2 TSP br -Cumin seeds (zeera) ½ tbsbr -Turmeric Powder 14 TSP br -Yellow Food Colour 14 (optional )br -14 TSP baking Sodabr -Pomegranate seeds (anar dana) ½ tbs (opitinal)br -Gram flour (baisan)4 TBSP br -All-purpose flour (maida) 2 TSP br -Salt (namak) to tastebr -Water (pani) 1 cupbr -Cooking oil for fryingbr br Directions:br br -In a bowl, add potatoes, onion, spinach, fresh coriander, green chilies, dried coriander powder, red chili powder,, carom seeds, red chili flakes, cumin seeds,, gram flour, and all-purpose flour. Mix well. (You can store this in an airtight container in a refrigerator for 1 week.)br -Add yellow food color, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.br -Add water and mix well to make a batter.br -In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it.br -Deep fry big size pakora for 6 mins on medium flame until golden brown.br -Then, bring them out to a plate and set aside for later use.br -Cut the pakora into two halves.br -Again, heat the oil and deep fry them for 4 mins until crispy.br -Dish out, serve, and enjoy with raita or ketchup.
