The Prime Minister says he has received legal advice that states there is no constitutional right to legally own a firearm in this country.br br At a town hall meeting last night, the Prime Minister also said investigations show that there are legally imported arms, even for State purposes, that have ended up in the hands of unauthorized persons.br br However, a former Police Commisioner is defending the number of firearm permits he issued while in office.br br Juhel Browne reports.
