In an interview with 'People' published on March 27, Wilson shared that she was 35 years old when she lost her virginity, CNN reports. .
She was speaking with the publication to promote her upcoming memoir, 'Rebel Rising.'.
The self-described "late bloomer" hopes that sharing her story will spread a "positive message" to others.
