Lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah has refuted claims by former 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) general counsel Jasmine Loo that its board of directors blindly followed Datuk Seri Najib Razak's instructions "like lambs to the slaughter".
