If you ever drive through Tho Ha Village, you might wonder what all the bamboo frames along the side of the road are for.

These are used to dry rice paper, a specialty of the village. Located about 45 km north of Hanoi, this ancient village in Bac Ninh Province is where both rice paper and rice crackers are made. These products are sold all over the country and even abroad.
