The Health Minister is clarifying his comments about his role with regard to the PAHO investigation into the deaths of babies at the neonatal unit at the Port of Spain General Hospital.
This, as he spoke about the pre-action protocol letter that the NWRHA says caused the cancellation of a media visit to the neonatal unit in Port of Spain on Thursday.
Terrence Deyalsingh also spoke about the morale of staff at the hospital.
