Who is the authority on the road, Licensing officers or police officers? It's the question the Taxi Drivers' Network is asking, as it says drivers are being given conflicting information from both sets of officers as it pertains to certain traffic offences.
It's not their only concern. The taxi drivers are calling out the Insurance industry for using demerit points as a reason to increase premiums. Rynessa Cutting has more.
