Police fatally shot a mentally unstable man in Barrackpore around midday Tuesday.br br A team of officers was responding to a call about the man throwing bricks at vehicles on New Colonial Road.br br When they got there, the man approached them with a cutlass, causing an officer to fire several rounds at him.br br Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh visited the scene on Tuesday and tells us more.
