Barrackpore residents are calling on the Local Government Minister to say why a bridge project in their community was started and then stopped soon after.br br To date, it remains incomplete and the alternative route cannot accommodate large vehicles.br br As reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh tells us, just this week the community went hours without electricity because a T&TEC truck was unable to cross the existing bridge to quickly effect repairs.
