First digital classroom launched in Rizalbr br The first digital classroom is launched at the Southville 88 National HS in Montalban, Rizal on June 4, 2024. It is equipped with seamless internet connection that allows students to avail of ebooks and other multimedia content. br br Edgepoint Philippines, an independent cellular tower infrastructure company collaborated with Habitat for Humanity PH on the project. In an interview with The Manila TImes, Edgepoint Chief Executive Officer William Walters said they aimed to build digital classrooms in the hope of making education more accessible.
