House Committee on Human Rights Chairman Manila 6th district Rep. Bienvenido Abante Jr. has finally agreed to "invite" former president Rodrigo Duterte and former Philippine National Police (PNP) chief and now Senator Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa to the panel's ongoing probe on the war on drugs. br br Abante made the declaration during a hearing of his committee Wednesday, June 5, wherein Makabayan solon Kabataan Party-list Rep. Raoul Manuel once again brought up the idea of summoning Duterte and his close ally Dela Rosa, who are central figures in the probe.
