A Barrackpore man is pleading with the public to adopt as many of his rescued dogs as possible, since he is no longer able to care for them.br br The man has for years picked up stray dogs, providing them with a home, meals and medical care when needed.br br But now diabetic and ailing, he can no longer give them the attention they need.br br He tells our reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh, all he wants is for the dogs to find homes where they will be loved and cared for.
