Employment: Full Timebr We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join a team in Dubai The ideal candidate will have international experience, a passion for creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior designs, as well as the ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.br br Responsibilities:br - Lead the design process for interior projects from concept development to completion, ensuring high-quality design and adherence to project timelines and budgetsbr - Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs and visionbr - Create detailed design presentations, including mood boards, material selections, and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate design concepts and solutionsbr - Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and contribute to the success of the teambr - Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, furnishings, and fixtures, ensuring that they meet quality standards and project requirementsbr - Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and in accordance with design specificationsbr - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continually improve the design process and deliver innovative solutionsbr br Requirementsbr - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related fieldbr -International experiencebr - Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and design expertisebr - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design softwarebr - Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of spatial arrangements and aestheticsbr - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with clients and stakeholdersbr - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesbr - Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in UAEbr - Passion for creativity and innovation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional design solutionsbr br About the Companybr LNR is an international consultancy with proven experience providing search solutions in the Built environment with a passion to connect people.
