People don't just dump rubbish on Pulau Gazumbo, a tiny island just off the Penang Bridge, but dogs as well. br br Twelve dogs have been found to be abandoned on the island to fend for themselves during a cleanup programme by the Penang Island City council which says efforts are now underway to rescue the strays.
