The rice is typically flavoured with a blend of spices like cloves, cinnamon, and bay leaves, creating a delightful symphony of flavours. br br Shahi Jeera Peas Pulao br br Ingredients: br 2 Cups of Basmati Rice br 2 Tbsp of Ghee br 2" Cinnamon br 4 Green Cardamoms br 1 Star Anise br 5-6 Cloves br 1 and 12 Tsp Shahi Jeera br 1 Cup Frozen Green Peas br 4 Cups of Hot Water br Salt as required br br Method of Cooking: br 1. Soak 2 Cups of Basmati Rice for 30 Minutes. br 2. Drain the Rice after 30 Minutes. br 3. Heat 2 Tbsp of Ghee in a Pressure Cooker. br 4. Add 2" Cinnamon br 4 Green Cardamoms br 1 Star Anise br 5-6 Cloves br 5. Add 1 and 12 Tsp Shahi Jeera br 6. Add a cup of Frozen Peas and let it cook for sometime. br 7. Add the drained Rice and give a good stir. br 8. Add 4 Cups of Hot Water and add Salt as required. br 9. Close the lid of the Pressure Cooker and take 1 Whistle. br 10. Wait for the pressure to release. br Your yummy Shahi Jeera Peas Pulao is ready.
